Physical Freedom 120/365 - 20220503


Another short and sweet write-up today. It's late, and I'm craving sleep! I trained at around 3pm.


Warm-Up


An extended warm-up today. Im being stricter with this for heavy days and those that require challenging ranges and intensities. I used the mace and an empty bar for the majority.


Clean + Front Squat + Jerk


Build to Max - 120kg. I failed at the jerk twice on 125kg


Floor Press


3x5 90kg


Zottman Curls


3x10 2x12kg


Half Clean & Bottoms Up Kettlebell Press


3x3/3 16kg

Food


At 8am I had 3 bacon rashers and 3 fried eggs. I forgot to get fruit, so this was all I had.


At 1:30pm I had mince and cheese followed by an orange.


At 7pm I had 3 peperami.


At 8pm I had a 10oz rump steak, a 3 egg omelette with cheese and a bit of black pudding. I followed this with berries (bought some), Greek yoghurt and honey.


I'm looking forward to some intensity tomorrow. I'm also contemplating a hilly trail half marathon in just over a week with my weight vest. Lots of fun to come either way as Mountain Murph is getting ever closer!
