WHAT IS RUN STRONG?

Run Strong is a new approach to running. Recognising that injury rates are high, often hindering progress or putting people off altogether, Run Strong builds on a foundation of strength, with a lower volume, higher return approach to running. A series of programmes and books, Run Strong aims to reduce the risk of injury, develop well-rounded fitness, and still deliver improved running times, making distances accessible to those who never thought they were possible before!

RUN STRONG 5KM

THE BULLETPROOF VERSION FROM COUCH TO 5KM

A pioneering approach to running your first, or fastest, 5k with a strength-first approach that increases resistance to injury, develops well-rounded fitness, and still leads you to a faster time. This 12 week programme is progressive, and accessible, with each session featuring an explanatory video to help you get the most from the book.

RUN STRONG 10KM

SET NEW RECORDS, STAY INJURY FREE

Either progress from the 5km programme, or dive straight into the 10km version if you're able, and reduce your injury risk, while you build both strength and speed! A high quality video accompanies every session for ease of use and form checks!

RUN HEAVY
