Tom is a former soldier, current coach, and aspiring athlete. He coaches a broad range of clients from national standard weightlifters, to aspiring 10km runners, and many simply seeking better health. He has been the British weightlifting champion 35-39 year old, 89kg category, and was the official Guinness world record holder for the greatest distance covered in 24 hours, carrying 40lbs.
