Today was a maintenance, or active recovery day rather than a training day. It involved a fair bit of work, some recreation, and relaxation, but very little structured training. I completed pull-ups and dips throughout the day and a hike.

A pretty simple day today. Breakfast at 8:30am was 4 bacon rashers, 4 scrambled eggs and a handful of berries.
Lunch was out after the hike. I had a burger and fries. This is a half story, there was a lot of it. There aren't many saving graces when it comes to this kind of food, but I checked in detail, and the meat was high quality, so I'm taking that!
I had a late evening snack of berries and grapes in yoghurt, with honey.
