Today is pretty dull to think about, let alone to read about, so I'll keep it short. I haven't trained - my head cold has taken hold with a vengeance - and my food has been rather uninteresting. Either way, I'll outline my food below, and hope to return to something resembling movement tomorrow!
At 6:30am I had 3 scrambled eggs, smoked salmon, 3 rashers of bacon and a handful of blueberries.
At 12:15pm I had boiled eggs, 5 chicken wings and a small tub of olives.
At 4:15pm I had a pack of mince with cheese grated on top.
At 9:30pm I'll have fruit, yoghurt and honey.
