Physical Freedom 29/365 - 20220201


Today was a return to normal (as normal as it ever gets) for both training and food. I ate around 2pm. I had stir-fried pork strips, 2 hard b oiled eggs, and mixed it all in with a little mayo and rock salt. I followed this up with a large orange and a peach.


Training happened at around 2:45pm, and was a nice short session.


Warm-up


5 Minutes with the mace and bands


2 Rounds:


10 External Rotations per arm 10kg

10 Trap 3 Raises 6kg


4 Rounds:


6 Weighted Chin-Ups 10kg

6 ATG Shoulder Press 2x16kg
