Physical Freedom 29/365 - 20220201

Today was a return to normal (as normal as it ever gets) for both training and food. I ate around 2pm. I had stir-fried pork strips, 2 hard b oiled eggs, and mixed it all in with a little mayo and rock salt. I followed this up with a large orange and a peach.

Training happened at around 2:45pm, and was a nice short session.


5 Minutes with the mace and bands

2 Rounds:

10 External Rotations per arm 10kg

10 Trap 3 Raises 6kg

4 Rounds:

6 Weighted Chin-Ups 10kg

6 ATG Shoulder Press 2x16kg

3 Rounds:

Max Bradford Press 40kg

5 Garhammer Raises

3 Rounds:

10 Wrist Rotations 2kg

Full Set finger lifts 25kg

This evening I won't eat until around 9:30pm. This will be steak strips in a 4 egg omelette with cheese, followed by berries and yoghurt.

It felt great to move and eat with purpose again today. I also decided what crazy feat I'm going to attempt this year, but that announcement can wait just a little while longer! Stay tuned!
