
Yesterday I said I would train today based on how I feel, well I felt like a steady day. I trained a little at home at around 7pm, having spent much of the day working. I trained in my garden, with minimal kit.
4 Rounds:
12 Banded Bicep Curls
12 Dips
12 Banded Tricep Pushdowns
5 Strict Toes to Bar
Archer Pull-Ups
No reps and sets, just 5-10 minutes play.
Tucked Front Lever Pull-Ups

At 8:30am I had 3 rashers of bacon and 3 fried eggs
At midday I had a baked potato with mince and cheese, followed by a chocolate bar. I didn't particularly want or need the chocolate, but having a couple of days recently without paying attention to what I ate has left a lingering habit harking back to the days when i ate whatever I wanted. I didn't do it consciously, so i need to be wary of this the next few days.
At 4pm I had a 4 egg omelette with cheese, and some halloumi.
At 8pm I had mixed berries, yoghurt and honey.
Today wasn't really a training day, but the little bit I did felt pretty good. Tomorrow should see a return to more intensity and likely getting out of breath too!
