Physical Freedom 146/365 - 20220605


Today has been a little more up and down than yesterday. Sat here now at 6:30pm, I feel fine writing this, but some of the day has been filled with chronic pain again. While the level of pain has been lower than yesterday's more painful stints, the amount of time in pain has been seemingly higher. I still managed to walk a good distance (roughly 4km) but I wore my weightlifting belt today to help me. I haven't done anything other than a couple of pull-ups, push-ups and squats at various points throughout the day to test movement.


Equipment


I have been getting kit ready for departing today, and one of the things I have been preparing is the freestanding pull-up rig kindly donated to the cause by Gravity Fitness. You can click the image to buy one to enable you to do pull-ups, and a host of other exercises wherever you are.



Food


Another pretty basic day today. I'm keeping total intake just a touch lower due to inactivity, although because of my rough description of portion sizes that may not be immediately obvious.


At 10am I had 3 rashers of bacon, 3 fried eggs and some berries.


At 2:30pm I had a chicken fillet, and apple and some grapes.


At 4:30pm I had a sirloin steak and a 4 egg omelette with cheese.


I plan on having fruit, yoghurt and honey at around 7:30pm.
