
A short and sweet blog today so i can relax and enjoy my evening. I trained at around 1pm.
5km Hill Run in 9kg Weight Vest

Some very big hills and great fun. I threw in 50 squats at the top of each of the two biggest hills to get used to doing them fatigued.

Food
Standard day again, boring to some, but good for me.
At 10am I had 3 bacon rashers, 3 fried eggs and some berries.
At 2pm I had a 50g square of dark chocolate.
At 3pm I had mince and cheese.
At 8pm I had mince and cheese.
After this (8:30pm ish) I plan on having berries, Greek yoghurt and honey.
