Today was fun, hard but fun! The next couple of days will be extremely frustrating though, thanks to my incompetence combined with CrossFit's bizarre system that requires people to give up 3 days, rather than choosing their own time to complete workouts within a timeframe.

Back Squat - 1 Set every 2:30
12 Reps at 105kg
10 Reps at 110kg
8 Reps at 115kg
12 Reps at 110kg

Back Rack Lunge
4x6/6 50kg. - Alternating 1 set forwards, 1 set backwards
14 Min AMRAP:
10 Toes to Bar
4 Bar Facing Burpees
*Complex is 2 Power Cleans + 2 Hang Power Cleans + 2 Jerks at 50kg. Add 1 rep of the complex each round.
I got 6 complete rounds + 3 complexes.

Right back to basics today again. My 7:30am breakfast was 4 bacon rashers and 2 fried eggs.
At 12:30pm I had a jacket potato with mince and cheese.
At 4:30pm I had a banana.
At 7:30pm I had 450g of mince with cheddar, followed by banana, yoghurt and honey.
