The Physical Freedom Programme
The Physical Freedom programme is an expansion of the sort of varied functional fitness programming you'd expect to find in any good box. Written for 6 training days per week, but effective for those completing at least 3, this programme combines classic programming with an increased emphasis on odd objects, getting outside, and utilising tools and modalities that often aren't practical in a class setting. Think GHD, rope climbs, swimming, rucking and more!
If you want to build your fitness and work on your resilience too, whether you're serving or aspiring military, or just want to take your mental fortitude up a notch, this is the programme for you!
What you'll get when you join:
