Today was the last day of the extended internal CrossFit Games Open at CrossFit Napalm. It was a cracking way to round out the 5 weeks, and made today a thoroughly enjoyable day. I hit the workout at roughly 7pm. Days like this are great metrics to retest in the future, but also

Pull-Ups and Push-Ups
I accumulated 50 and 100 respectively throughout the day.

Food
A mixed day. The first half of the day was spot on, then I had fun after the workout and let my hair down a little.
I had breakfast at 7am, which consisted of 3 rashers of bacon, 3 small fried eggs, some smoked salmon, and half an avocado.
Lunch at 1pm was mince and cheese.
At 5pm I had a banana.
After the workout I had about 5 slices of Dominos pizza and 2 bottles of Corona.
