I loved today! I achieved a lot at work, which always sets me off on the right foot for a workout, then headed to CrossFit Napalm for CrossFit Games Open workout 22.3. I had great fun judging, changing plates for other athletes, and doing the workout, although I may not have said that at the time! I went at around 7pm.

The first two rounds were easy enough, but by the time I got to the bar muscle-ups, my grip was fried! My grip has definitely come on in the last 2 to 3 years, but it still lets me down at times. That said, I was still more than happy with my performance overall. It was great watching so many athletes put on such a great show. This was my favourite of the 3 weeks, but I definitely found it the hardest!
Equipment
Although technically I didn't use them today, Gravity Fitness have been kind enough to supply the pull-up bars we require for our Mountain Murph challenge! Linked below, these are a great transportable option for those who need to do pull-ups on the go!
Food
I had breakfast at 7:15am. It consisted of 2 rashers of bacon, 3 small fried eggs, a handful of berries and roughly half a 300g pack of smoked salmon.
At around 1:45pm, I had diced beef and cheese followed by a banana.
At 5pm I had 2 large rocky road triangles.
At 9pm I had 2 large lamb steaks, followed by berries, yoghurt and honey.
