Physical Freedom 59/365 - 20220303


So after a rest day, and a somewhat lacklustre day yesterday, today I was back on my game! I still had to adapt to fit around a crazy schedule, and a lot of driving, but I made it work, and thoroughly enjoyed it! I trained at 2pm in a small military gym.


Sumo Deadlift

I loved this workout, and was pretty happy with my score. My grip blew up a little earlier than I'd have wanted ideally, but nonetheless a good showing. Basic grunt work is pretty much always my favourite.



Today's workout is simple and accessible, and one I'll definitely be putting into the Physical Freedom Programme soon!

Food


Despite a day on the go, I've eaten pretty well. I started with an 8am breakfast of bacon, sausage, scrambled egg, avocado and grapes.


At midday I had 4 sausages and 2 baked sweet potatoes - small ones - topped with cheese.


I'll eat again around 8pm and have steak followed by yoghurt, fruit and honey.
