After a rest day yesterday, I was raring to go! What I wasn't so excited about was repeating a workout I have done 3 times before, most recently only 3 weeks ago! That said, in a sick way, I do really enjoy what this workout does to me.


I trained at 7pm after coaching the last class. I kept it simple today, warm-up for ten minutes, then straight into it.
