Today has been a frustrating, and by necessity simple day. I had a very busy day, and ran out of time to train properly, so I improvised! Rather than miss out, I picked a WOD I knew I could walk in, do cold, and benefit safely from in under 20 minutes - including setting up and packing away. I chose CrossFit Games Open WOD 14.5/16.5 which is:

Today I took 13:26. My time almost 6 years ago was 11:44. I'm actually very happy with this all things considered! Although at my best, at least in terms of CrossFit, this is my wheelhouse workout, I know I'm a little off that form just now. To hit this with no warm-up, in a freezing silent gym, alone, is quite satisfying. I plan to use this as a benchmark in the nex
