Physical Freedom 128/365 - 20220511

Today was good. Very good! I trained well, ate well, and had fun to boot. That's pretty much the holy trinity in my world, so I'll take it. Days like this are those where I go to be thoroughly satisfied, as well as completely shattered! I trained on the 6:30pm class at CrossFit Napalm.

8 Minute AMRAP:

8 Calorie Echo Bike

1 Double Dumbbell Devil's Press*

1 Double Dumbbell Thruster*


*Add 1 rep to each movement each round.

I competed the round of 6, and the 8 calories on the 7th round.

8 Minute AMRAP:

5 Pull-Ups

10 Push-Ups

15 Squats

I managed 12 rounds and 3 pull-ups

8 Minute AMRAP:

12 Wallballs 9kg, 10'

1 Power Snatch 60kg*

*Add 1 rep each round

I completed 6 rounds and 12 wallballs.

8 Min AMRAP:

Max Calorie Row

Every 2 mins, including 0:00, 7 D-Ball over shoulder 40kg

I got 104 calories.

There was a 4 minute break between workouts.

This was great fun, and very sweaty! I also got put in a group with my friends, which made it especially enjoyable. It helps when those friends are very fit and make you push so hard!

I ate at 8am. I had 3 rashers of bacon, 3 eggs and a handful of mixed berries.

At 12:30pm I had mince and cheese.

At 5:35pm I had two peperami and cheese snack pots.

At 8:45pm I had 2 lamb leg steaks, 2 fried eggs and a block each of Red Leicester, Manchego and mature Cheddar. I followed this with mixed berries, Greek yoghurt and honey.
