Today was good. Very good! I trained well, ate well, and had fun to boot. That's pretty much the holy trinity in my world, so I'll take it. Days like this are those where I go to be thoroughly satisfied, as well as completely shattered! I trained on the 6:30pm class at CrossFit Napalm.
