We are done! The Age group Quarterfinals for this year's CrossFit Games is a wrap. Honestly, I'm pleasantly surprised, a little shocked, and quite proud of my efforts. That said, it could have been better, and there are still some holes to plug. Without that though, what would be the point? I started my workout at around 11am at CrossFit Napalm.

I know this time is not world class, or even very good, but I had a strategy that would challenge me and bring the best out of me, and I stuck to it. HSPU are still pretty weak for me, and double unders even more so. I knew I could manage the HSPU unbroken if I took a second to breathe after the row. I took 5-10 seconds and stayed on plan. Double unders were okay, but definitely the limiting factor for me still. They have improved this year though, so I'll take the positives.

Food
It's been a strong day so far. At 9am I had 3 rashers of bacon, 3 fried eggs and some mixed berries.
At 3pm I had a very large 16oz rump steak with a couple of fried eggs and some cheese. I mixed it up today with Manchego and Gouda.
At 5pm I had an orange.
At 7:30pm I plan on having mice and cheese followed by berries, yoghurt and honey.
