Want to be ready for summer? This may be just the kick up the 🍑 you need - quite literally! Throughout April, you'll need to run and squat. LOTS. How much exactly? Well, if you'd like to enter the full challenge you'll need to complete 100km of running, and move 100 000kg of weight in squats (70 000kg for ladies). In a 30 day month that averages out as 3.34km per day and 3334/2334kg per day - or 34 100/70kg squats. Theres also the option to sign up for the half which, as the name suggests, requires 50km to be run, and 50 000kg to be squatted. Everyone who signs up will get a bespoke challenge t-shirt with free delivery included AND upon successful completion of either the half* or the full challenge, entry into a prize draw to win TBA.
